We can have an eternal home in Heaven if we receive God’s gift of eternal life.

Here’s how:

Sin is what keeps us from Heaven.

Romans 5:12 tells us that when sin came into the world that death and condemnation passed upon all men because we have all sinned.

Forgiveness of sin cannot be earned by man.

Men try in vain by religion to make payment for their sin.

Romans 6:23b says, “The gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Ephesians 2:8, 9 says, “For by grace are ye saved through faith: and that not of yourself: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.”

God has provided for our forgiveness through Jesus.

Jesus, who is God, became flesh, died for our sins, and rose again. His blood, shed on the cross, pays the necessary penalty of sin.

Isaiah 53:6 says, “The Lord hath laid on him (Jesus) the iniquity (sin) of us all.”

We must receive this gift of eternal life personally.

Romans 10:13 says, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

If we confess our need and trust Jesus alone as our way to Heaven, we will be saved from sin’s penalty of death in hell and receive the gift of eternal life.

Do not delay your decision.
